Bristol Citizens Observatory Activation Workshop

The Bristol Citizen Observatory Activation Workshop was a dynamic gathering that took place on November 17, 2023 at the Bristol City Council premises. Led by GREENGAGE partners Bristol City Council and KWMC, the workshop facilitated a hands-on session that united various GREENGAGE partners, including UWE and GISAT.

The primary focus of the session was to collaboratively define, frame, and activate the Bristol Citizen Observatory within the context of East Bristol Liveable Neighbourhood. The conversation steered towards the core topics of identifying the core group of the Citizen Observatory, the importance of including marginalized groups to ensure ethical research and representation, and the development of an onboarding strategy and training initiatives.
