GREENGAGE Ideathon – Strategies for regeneration and sustainability in the Turano Valley

On March 27, 2025, the picturesque Turano Valley will host an IDEATHON, a dynamic marathon of ideas aimed at strengthening sustainable mobility and enhancing the year-round appeal of its villages. Organized by the GREENGAGE partner I Borghi più belli d’Italia in collaboration with the municipalities of Paganico Sabino, Collalto Sabino, and Castel di Tora, this event invites citizens, experts, and local authorities to co-design innovative solutions for environmental sustainability and community regeneration. As part of the EU-funded GREENGAGE project, the IDEATHON will bring together around 30 experts in mobility, air quality, and citizen science, offering participants scientific and methodological support. A key highlight of the event will be the first-ever testing of the GREENGAGE APP, an innovative tool that enables real-time environmental data collection and collaborative problem-solving. Held at Largo Massini in Castel di Tora, the IDEATHON promises an engaging mix of discussions, hands-on monitoring activities, and creative collaboration—an opportunity for everyone to contribute to the future of the Turano Valley.
