EASST-4S 2024 Conference

The GREENGAGE approach to Citizen Observatories will be presented at the EASST-4S 2024 conference. This quadrennial joint meeting of the European Association for the Study of Science and Technology (EASST) and the Society for Social Studies of Science (4S) calls for panels, presentations, making & doing contributions, and other events that examine the role of Science & Technology Studies (STS) in contributing to societal transformations amid grand societal challenges.
KWMC, a GREENGAGE partner, will present our joint contribution titled “Organising Discursive Interventions for Transformative Policy Making.” This work, developed in collaboration with BUAS, MOONDIAL, AIT and VRVis, will discuss our work at the intersection of citizen science and policy making, and our collective reflection on establishing GREENGAGE Observatories.
